Alayne L. Reitman is a trustee and assistant treasurer of Hawken School, and a trustee of the Immerman Foundation and the Robert S. and Sylvia K. Reitman Family Foundation. She was president of Embedded Planet LLC (1999–2001), vice president and chief financial officer of The Tranzonic Companies Inc. (1993–98) and senior financial analyst for American Airlines (1991–93). She served as lead outside director of SIFCO Industries Inc. and has been a SIFCO director since 2002. Reitman holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
